Mark Grütters has been active in fashion sales since 1990 and, with his agency FASHION FACTORY, he has been supporting international brands in the area of brand development and expansion for more than 25 years.
After studying journalism, marketing and German studies, Grütters was instrumental in building the following brands over the years: ETRO, TODS, ALBERTO ASPESI, LUCIANO BARBERA, LES COPAINS, GRIFONI, TRICKERS, GLOVERALL, DONNA KARAN, JOHN VARVATOS, ZADIG & VOLTAIRE, WOOLRICH. The agency's brands always have the following USP's in common: tradition, history, craftsmanship, quality and design.
Thus, the selectively chosen brands are discovered in the international fashion circus, strategically analyzed and advised and finally manifested in the German-speaking region. Through an individual concept for each brand, the brands are first meaningfully positioned and then successfully established with the help of a combination of sales, communication, marketing/PR and service.
