From July 1, 2021 you will find the FASHION FACTORY under the roof of the ALTES STAHLWERK. Only 300m away from our previous premises, we are now moving into a historic Düsseldorf address: On the old site of Düsseldorf's industrial culture - the former power plant of the Mannesmann steel group - a young, creative and wild cultural and event location has been developing since 1993. The ALTE STAHLWERK exudes the industrial charm that the FASHION FACTORY collections reflect: Craftsmanship, tradition, history, emotion - storytelling at the highest level.
We are happy to dedicate the tribute of a new, bigger and more exciting location to our positive business development in these turbulent economic times: Combining industry, creativity, music, culture & fashion... a perfect staging for our brands and our aspiration for contemporary brands with history. With a ceiling height of 8.5 m, the new rooms are flooded with light and offer an excellent view over the fashion city of Düsseldorf.

The showroom is a secret place where industry professionals can work undisturbed. The FASHION FACTORY agency has always been located in special places - in areas far away from the usual fashion circus. Old loft or industrial garages, spruced up without destroying the crude character of these locations. The spaces as a symbol for the characteristics of the collections that are presented in them: History, Tradition, Craft & Design.
LOCATION
Not far from the 'rebellious' pine road (origin of the Toten Hosen) and thus close to the center, easy to reach and with parking in front of the door. Both the Kö and the showroom miles Hafen, Derendorf and Kaiserswerther Straße can be reached within 10 minutes. Rauhe Industriekultur außen, dezente Industrieromantik innen. Mark Grütters has been active in fashion sales since 1990 and, with his agency FASHION FACTORY, he has been supporting international brands in the area of brand development and expansion for more than 25 years.
After studying journalism, marketing and German studies, Grütters was instrumental in building the following brands over the years: ETRO, TODS, ALBERTO ASPESI, LUCIANO BARBERA, LES COPAINS, GRIFONI, TRICKERS, GLOVERALL, DONNA KARAN, JOHN VARVATOS, ZADIG & VOLTAIRE, WOOLRICH. The agency's brands always have the following USP's in common: tradition, history, craftsmanship, quality and design.
Thus, the selectively chosen brands are discovered in the international fashion circus, strategically analyzed and advised and finally manifested in the German-speaking region. Through an individual concept for each brand, the brands are first meaningfully positioned and then successfully established with the help of a combination of sales, communication, marketing/PR and service.
